Relius Technology Support
Position Responsibilities
• Participating in 24×7 on call support rotation
• Working with client end users to resolve their Relius application and environment issues
• Diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues
• Assist client in deploying and maintaining Relius applications in hosted in clients data centers for production, pre-prod and test.
• Providing feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability
• Excellent communication skills, especially spoken English
• Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models
• Team player
The individual must be highly motivated, a strong self-starter and proven problem solving skills. The individual must be able to maintain professionalism when working with the development organization and the clients end users. He/she must be able to work under stressful circumstances and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Position Requirements:
• 2 year Windows experience
• 1 yr Oracle Database experience
Technologies Supported
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Database technologies
• Knowledge and experience with basic networking
• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2003 and 2008
• Knowledge and experience with IIS, Terminal Services
• Knowledge and experience with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience with Crystal Reports
